Meetlane is a review-first lead research and outreach preparation product operated by Škopac d.o.o. The public Meetlane MCP tools provide deterministic QA and preflight checks on data supplied by the caller.
- The public MCP tools are read-only: they do not enrich records, look up missing data, rewrite messages, send outreach, or access a Meetlane workspace.
- Meetlane may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product development.
- Results are decision support and should be reviewed before they are used for business, legal, compliance, or outreach decisions.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you submit and for how you use Meetlane outputs.
- Use Meetlane only when you have a lawful basis and appropriate rights to process the submitted data.
- Do not use Meetlane to send spam, evade opt-outs, impersonate others, violate privacy rights, or facilitate unlawful or abusive activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass safeguards, probe for secrets, or obtain access to data or systems you are not authorized to use.
Third-party services and data
Some Meetlane product features can rely on third-party hosting, payment, analytics, email, data, or research providers. Their own terms and availability may apply to those services.
- Public MCP QA does not call paid enrichment or research providers.
- A source, lead record, or model-generated draft can be incomplete, stale, or wrong; Meetlane does not warrant third-party data accuracy.
Privacy and confidentiality
Our Privacy Notice explains how Meetlane handles personal data. Do not submit secrets, passwords, payment-card data, health data, or other information that is not needed for the requested QA task.
- The public MCP QA endpoint processes supplied tool payloads only to produce the requested result and does not persist those payloads to Meetlane product tables.
- You remain responsible for deciding whether the data you provide is appropriate to share with Meetlane and any platform used to call the MCP endpoint.
Availability and liability
Meetlane is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Škopac d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
- If a paid Meetlane agreement states different liability terms, that agreement controls for the paid service covered by it.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Croatia, without prejudice to mandatory rights that apply under other law.
