What to include

Give us the smallest useful reproduction.

For MCP issues, include the client name, tool name, approximate time, and a privacy-safe description of the input and result.

Tell us whether ChatGPT could connect to the public Meetlane MCP endpoint and list the tools.

Do not send bearer tokens, passwords, cookies, or API keys.
Include the exact error text when it is safe to share.
Say which tool was expected: row QA, batch QA, or message QA.

QA result

Describe the expected versus actual QA decision and remove unnecessary personal or confidential data from the example.

Meetlane MCP QA uses supplied data only.
It does not enrich missing fields or send outreach.
Include an as_of date when the issue involves evidence freshness.
